Besides working in a salon, you could work in resorts, on cruise ships, for movie and television studios, or in health and day spas.
Career Placement Services for Students and Graduates
Virgil's Beauty College does not guarantee placement to our students and/or graduates, but the school will assist students and graduates in obtaining employment in their related field. This service is offered during the students enrollment and after graduation if the student so desires.
These services include reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, posting help wanted advertisements on the bulletin board and one-on-one notification of positions that might be available.
Mrs. Martha Pope is the school's contact person for placement, but all of the school's staff is available to assist the students and graduates.
Policies of the School related to transfer of credit from other Institutions.
Virgil's Beauty College will give full credit of clock hours earned for previous training, provided the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology grants the student credit for previous training and the course of training will be adjusted accordingly.
